Lay out the tortilla on a pizza pan and cook for 4 minutes at 350° F
Chop the broccoli so there is a flat bottom.
Steam for 3 minutes under medium heat. Remove water and keep under low heat until all moisture is gone.
Remove tortilla from over and flatten out. Flip over and remove all air bubbles.
Spread sauce and cheese evenly.
Lay out 3 slices of the big diameter style pepperoni.
Top the rest of the ingredients and bake for 5 more minutes.
Cut pizza into four and log the calories!
