Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 350° F and cook tortilla for 4 minutes.

    While tortilla is in the oven steam 1 cup of chopped broccoli.

    Take tortilla from oven and flip over. Make sure to remove any air bubbles.

    Evenly spread pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese on the tortilla.

    Next lay the pepperoni and the broccoli and top the pizza with basil and parmesan.

    Cook pizza for 5 more minutes then cut and serve.

Lay out the tortilla on a pizza pan and cook for 4 minutes at 350° F

Chop the broccoli so there is a flat bottom.

Steam for 3 minutes under medium heat. Remove water and keep under low heat until all moisture is gone.
