Bake tortilla in oven for 4 minutes at 350° F.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces before adding to heat.
Cook chicken under medium heat until no longer pink. Cut into smaller pieces.
Take tortilla from oven, remove all air and flip over.
Chop onions. Thin and long pieces work best but you can chop into small squares as well.

has about half the calories and less sugar compared to other BBQ Sauces, I highly recommend it! Feel free to use another brand but you may want to only use 2 tbsp if it is high in calories.
Evenly spread the cheese on top of the bbq sauce.
Top the rest of the ingredients and bake for 5 more minutes.
