    Preheat oven to 375° F.

    Cut off ends of potato and cut evenly sized chips. Try to cut 1/16 inch chips. I used a Mini Mandalion.

    Lay chips on a large foiled pan. In a bowl mix oil and a pinch of salt to

    Evenly spread oil mixture on each chip. Mix in a bowl, or use a brush and coat each side with oil.

    Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.

    Check periodically to avoid burning. Once chips are crisp place on a paper towel for 1-2 minutes then enjoy.
