Instructions

    Cut zucchini and squash into small slices

    Add water to a pan with salt then add to medium heat
  3. 3
    Add chopped onions, zucchini and squash, then add pepper and basil on top

    Slice bell pepper and add to to pan
  5. 5
    Cover pan and steam for 5 then remove water and fry for 1-2 minutes

    Remove all water and let cool

Chop onions and add to pan with water. After water starts to boil add squash and zucchini.

Next add bell peppers. I used a variety of colors. Cover and steam for 5 or so minutes, remove water and fry veggies for a minute or two in the pan.

Finally remove all water and let cool for a few minutes before enjoying! Goes great with our BBQ Salmon recipe.
