This is a staple recipe for any low carb diet. This omelette is packed wit vitamin A and iron. In the first step make sure to shred your spinach as finely as possible then mix well.
Add half of the mixture to a frying pan, then flip after 3 minutes. After another 3 minutes fold and let sit until fully cooked.
I enjoyed this awesome omelette with bacon and hash browns! Goes great with fruit as well.
