    Beat eggs then add egg whites, cheese and pepper.

    Chop onions and spinach, then add to bowl. Mix well.

    Cook egg mixture on stove top over medium heat.

    After 3 minutes flip omelette, then flip again after another 3 minutes.

    Once fully cooked, add to plate and enjoy.
