Cut off ends of potato and cut evenly size chips. Try to cut 1/16 inch chips. I used a Mini Mandolin

Lay chips on a large foiled pan
  4. 4
In a bowl mix oil and seasonings together, use a pinch of salt
  5. 5
Evenly spread oil mixture on each chip. Mix in a bowl, or use a brush and coat each side
  6. 6
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Check periodically to avoid burning
  7. 7
Once chips are crisp place on a paper towel for 1-2 minutes then enjoy.

Step by Step Photos

step 1
I recommend using a Mini Mandolin for all chip recipes.
step 2
Spread your chips on the pan. Overlapping is okay, the chips will shrink in the oven.
step 3
Mix the oil and spices and get ready to spread.
step 4
I use a brush and coat each side evenly.
step 5
Bake until crispy. Be careful not to burn.
step 6
Weigh for your exact calorie count and enjoy. Try it with one of our high protein dip recipes.
