    Preheat oven to 350° F.

    Bake tortilla for 4 minutes.

    Chop tomatoes and onions, then add to a bowl. Mix in oil, vinegar, basil, oregano and garlic powder. Let sit.

    Remove tortilla from oven and flip over. Add sauce and cheese.

    Top pizza with ingredients in bowl, and top everything with parmesan cheese.

    Bake for another 7 minutes.
