Honey gold potatoes are a great way to add carbs to a meal without over doing it. Each potato is only 15-20 calories each! Add 5 of these tasty little things with chicken and veggies for an awesome fit meal.
After cutting the potatoes mix oil and the other ingredients in a bowl. Make sure everything is spread evenly.
Next add to a foiled pan. Make sure to leave a little space in-between each potato. Also make sure the garlic is on top of the potatoes, if they fall off they may burn.
After 20 or 25 minutes in the oven they should be ready to eat!
I made these with chicken, green beans and a small salad. The entire plate was less then 400 calories and filled me up.
