Whisk together soy sauce, honey, orange juice, ginger, and garlic in a baking dish and place salmon flesh side down in the dish. Spoon marinade over the salmons and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Place salmon fillets skin side down in the baking dish and pour marinade over the fillets.
