    Bring water to a boil in a large pot, add lasagne pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes.

    In a pan cook ground turkey until no longer pink.

    Preheat oven to 375° F.

    Add sauce, chopped tomatoes and sliced mushrooms in the turkey pan.

    Add half of the cheese to the pan.

    In a pan lay 2 of the lasagne pasta, then top with part of the turkey mix.

    Lay 2 more pasta pieces and lay the rest of the turkey mix.

    Add the rest of the pasta and add the rest of the cheese on top.

    Bake for 30-40 minutes.
