Instructions

    Warm the olive oil in a small saucepan.

    Add the quinoa, garlic clove and and water and bring to a boil.

    Put on the lid, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Turn off the stove and allow the quinoa to steam for another 10-15 minutes.

    Fluff with a fork, salt to taste and serve warm or cold.
