Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350° F

    Cook tortilla on pizza pan for 4 minutes

    Chop onions and pepper

    While tortilla is in the oven, cook chicken on stove top until no longer pink. Add onions and pepper before done

    Take tortilla from oven, flip over then evenly spread 2.5 tbsp BBQ sauce and cheese

    Then add chicken, pepper and onion

    Top with fresh chopped coriander, a little more bbq sauce and parmesan cheese

    Bake for another 5 minutes in oven.
