2 clove garlic (minced)
1 eggs (scrambled)

Instructions

    Heat olive oil over a medium-high heat.

    Sauté broccoli for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Add carrots, onions, and garlic and cook an additional minute.

    Add rice and saute for a minute. Create a pool in the center of the rice and pour in the egg. Let cook a minute or two and begin to stir rice to lightly coat with egg. Turn off heat and add edamame and soy sauce and mix well.
