    Preheat oven to 350° F and line a 13x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper so that 2 inches hangs off the ends.

    In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, honey, egg, protein powder, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Press mixture into the baking dish using a large spoon.

    Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the edges begin to lightly brown.

    Allow to fully cool, and cut into 18 bars and keep stored in an airtight container.
