    Cut beef sirloin steak into strips or squares.

    Chop pepper and onion.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.

    Add pepper and onion. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Remove vegetables and add in steak to skillet. Add cilantro leaves on top of steak.
